Product research and development implements modern scientific management of product development and design, process specification formulation, new product testing and verification, and standard information retrieval according to the technology center model. Hardware facilities with technological development, such as valve low-temperature testing laboratory, high-pressure gas testing laboratory, etc. Advanced design and analysis software were used to simulate and analyze the stress field, flow field, velocity field, temperature field, etc. of the product, achieving optimized product design.

R&D management is the responsibility of the chief engineer, with technical R&D department, new product trial department, chief engineer's office, finance department, and training department. The R&D department consists of a design room, a process room, and a new product trial department, which includes a valve low-temperature testing room, a high-pressure gas testing room, a valve life testing room, and a standard information room under the Chief Engineer's Office. The R&D department is staffed with 24 people. The new product trial department is equipped with 5 people; The Chief Engineer's Office is staffed with 2 people; The finance department is staffed with 2 people; The training department is staffed with 2 people. Among them: 2 people with senior professional titles. Six individuals hold intermediate professional titles, with one chief designer and one deputy chief designer appointed in each department's subordinate office. Among technical personnel, professionals in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, automatic control, computer science, mold design, materials and heat treatment are relatively matched. At the same time, the factory institute linkage method is adopted, and external technical consultants are hired to meet the technical talent needs of project research and development. Fully utilize the flexibility and maneuverability of human resources in the development of new product projects, effectively mobilize the subjective initiative of project development personnel, and actively promote the development and research of new projects. The company has a safe, efficient, and advanced high-pressure valve clean laboratory that can meet the testing requirements of 10 "and 4500LB high-pressure water and gas two-phase media. The water pressure can reach 120MPa and the air pressure can reach 80MPa. We have established the largest low-temperature and ultra-low temperature laboratory in China with energy-saving, environmental protection characteristics, and high measurement accuracy, which can meet the cryogenic testing of 42 "and 900LB top mounted ball valves and 48" and 300LB top mounted butterfly valves. It is also equipped with a full range of valve CNC performance testing equipment, which can record and print on-site testing data in real time, ensuring the objectivity, authenticity, and traceability of the testing data.

The company has imported comprehensive performance spectrometers, large high-precision coordinate measuring instruments, non-destructive testing such as MT, UT, RT, helium leak detection, and physical and chemical experiments from Germany, which effectively controls the quality of the entire process from raw material entry, machining, to product performance testing, ensuring the quality of ultra-low temperature ball valve products.

The technology research and development team led by General Manager Yang Heng has many years of experience in high-end valve technology research and development. Several engineering and management personnel of the company participated in the localization of special valves in low-temperature engineering, high-pressure hydrogenation of gasoline and diesel, thermal power, nuclear power and other fields in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Accumulated rich experience in the design and manufacturing of valves for special operating conditions.
