Application conditions：

The ARC valve is an independent system with functions of check, flow sensing and by-pass flow control. It can dynamically sense the change of the main road flow and adjust the bypass flow with the flow of the main road, its working principle can be described in three states: When the main valve is completely closed (Fig.1)and the by-pass is in the fully open position, the pump is in the minimum required flow condition, which can effectively protect the pump from cavitation when the main check valve is gradually opened (Fig.2), the by-pass is gradually closed,and the sum of the process flow and the recirculation flow rate is greater than the minimum required flow rate of the pump; when the main valve is in the fully open position(Fig.3), the by-pass is completely closed as the process flow rate increases. The ARC valves are divided into type A and type B.

The ARC valve performs all flow sensing,bypass pressure reduction,reverse flow protection and modulating recirculation flow in an integral three port valve. The valve performs the same function of an instrumented system without the multitude of components,piping connections and system design expense.
