Application conditions：

Soft sealing plug valves are often used in corrosive,toxic and high-risk media,such as harsh environment, strictly prohibited leakage, also suitable for high erosion of gas-solid phase, liquid-solid phase mixed media. FEP/PFA fully lined body plug is available.Metal sealed plug valves are often used for cutting off under high pressure conditions.Three-way, four-way or five-way plug valves can change the direction of media flow or media distribution, simplifying the design of pipeline systems.

Product characteristic：

A. Head seal: Whether the cock is in the open position,closed position or in the process of movement, PTFE bushing always completely around its surface, thus always able to maintain a continuous sealing surface.

B. Secondary Seal: multi-pole seal packing assembly can effectively prevent valve leakage, unless the Head seal surface failure, usually the secondary seal surface will not be in contact with the media and always idle.

C. The Plug Valve is the earliest one used,with simple and compact structure, flexible switch, small fluid resistance, reliable sealing performance, and can meet the requirements of high vacuum.
